A little more honey than most. This cream ale has a great amber color a sweet honey and golden raisin note with a semi-dry malting. Best on Nitro wonderful all around. Slainte’
This is my take on a traditional Irish Cream Ale that would be made with honey as opposed to corn. A medium body ale with a reddish amber color with sweet flavors of Honey and a little Vanilla. A slight biscuit raisin caramel malting with noble hops for the balancing bitter. A complex sweetness and extra dry finish. Sometimes on the line and sometimes poured on Nitro. Either way, let it warm up a bit and let it open up for full flavor enjoyment.
